Istanbul Megavet Veterinary Pharmacy Warehouse was established in 2022. Istanbul Megavet Veterinary Pharmacy Warehouse operates in Istanbul, Bursa, Balıkesir, Bolu, Bartın, Sakarya, Eskişehir, Yalova, Edirne, Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, and Kocaeli provinces, providing wholesale sales and distribution of drugs, consumables, and medical supplies to pet veterinary clinics.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

INFORMATION NOTICE

Istanbul Megavet Veterinary Pharmacy Warehouse places utmost importance on the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we process and safeguard all personal data of individuals and companies associated with our company in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("PDPL Law"). As the "Data Controller" in full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data in the manner explained below and within the limits prescribed by legislation.

1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Personal Data Your personal data may be collected, processed, and updated by our company through automatic or non-automatic methods, including our company units, website, social media platforms, and similar means, verbally, in writing, or electronically, in connection with the commercial activities of our company. Your personal data may be processed as long as you benefit from our products and services. In addition, when you participate in the trainings, seminars, or events organized by our company in order to use our company's services, your personal data may be processed. The collected personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL Law, including but not limited to the implementation of necessary work to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, management of customer evaluation/complaint processes, event and organization management, legal, auditing, and financial affairs, determination and implementation of our company's commercial and business strategies, ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals who have a business relationship with our company, and the implementation of our company's human resources policies.

2. Recipients and Purposes of Transferring Processed Personal Data Your personal data collected by our company may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, pharmaceutical companies, company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL Law, in order to carry out the necessary work to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, management of customer evaluation/complaint processes, event and organization management, legal, auditing, and financial affairs, determination and implementation of our company's commercial and business strategies, and ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals who have a business relationship with our company.

3. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection Your personal data is collected in any oral, written, or electronic medium in order to provide the services offered by our company within the determined legal framework and to fulfill our company's contractual and legal obligations accurately and properly. Within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL Law, personal data collected for this legal basis may be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in clauses (1) and (2) of this text.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the PDPL Law As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company through the methods specified in this Information Notice, our company will respond to your request, depending on the nature of the request, free of charge within thirty days at the latest. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee, the fee determined by our company's tariff will be charged. In this context, personal data subjects have the following rights:

• To learn whether personal data is processed or not,

• To request information if personal data is processed,

• To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,

• To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of personal data cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the PDPL Law and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

• To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• To demand compensation for damages in case personal data is processed unlawfully.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PDPL Law, you can submit your requests regarding the exercise of the abovementioned rights in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board to our company. Within this framework, the channels and methods for submitting your applications to our company within the scope of Article 11 of the PDPL Law are explained below.

In order to exercise your abovementioned rights, you can submit your request, which includes your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise as stated in Article 11 of the PDPL Law, along with the necessary information to identify your identity, to our email address info@istanbulmegavet.com or to our address Oruçreis Mah.
